The Cell was introduced to Inquisitor Wroth at the gathering of Inquisitor Artanyan at Tricorn Palace on Scintilla. He notably addressed Inquisitor Vaarak & Inquisitor Karkalla by their first names.

It was he that suggested to Inquisitor Karkalla that perhaps the Cell, currently under Karkalla’s charge, should be made available to investigate the space hulk code named Twilight.
