The Jaded Talent has always protected against “Mundane Horrors” as classically explained in the 1e Core, “…the sight of blood, death or violence, or indeed any mundane horror.”

In the 2e Core they ill-advisedly slipped in two words in the Jaded description mentioning “xenos abominations”. Obviously there’s nothing “mundane” about xenos abominations and it had never meant so previously. I was giving FFG a chance to come clean on this abomination in the Errata, but since they failed in that simple task they have forced my hand.

For Jaded, on page 128, we’re replacing the third sentence with the following: “The sight of blood, death or violence, or indeed any mundane horror – does not force him to gain Insanity points or make Fear tests.” Xenos horrors are most certainly not mundane.
